Tara Soukup

Tara Soukup has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as an Emergency Medical Technician at Steel Valley Ambulance in 2017. In 2018, they were an Outside Small Business Sales Apprentice at ADP, where they completed 8 weeks of business-to-business sales training and closed over 7k of product in one month. Later in 2018, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings, where they were responsible for customer service, sales, and fleet management. Tara was quickly promoted to Fleet Ambassador, responsible for fleet health and maintenance of over 300 vehicles. In 2019, they were a Regional Lead at Roam Robotics, where they built a pop-up seasonal store, oversaw all rental operations, and tracked inventory and customer interaction. In 2020, they were an Account Manager at Backyard Soda Co. In 2021, they were a Retail Manager/Marketing and Events Manager at RMU Outdoors, where they managed all Retail and Social Media tasks and planned events. Currently, they are a Customer Service Representative at J Skis and a Business Owner and Social Media Manager at Trekking With Tara. Tara is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Tara Soukup completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, they attended the Community College of Allegheny County and obtained an Emergency Medical Technician degree. In June 2017, they obtained an Emergency Medical Technician certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Additionally, they have a Wilderness First Aid certification.
