Simon Lacroix has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Simon started their career in 1998 at Ébénisterie Norclair Inc. as an Estimator, where they worked until 1999. Simon then moved on to Summum Woodwork Corporation Inc. as President & CEO, a position they held for over 12 years until 2012.

In 2011, they served as a Board Member at Signature Bois Laurentides. The following year, they held managerial roles at WEB-CAB, Kangaroo Innovations Inc., and International Woodwork Installers.

From 2012 to 2013, Simon served as a Columnist for Magazine surface, and also worked as a Manager at ADNM International during the same period. In 2014, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Classic Woodwork, before being promoted to the role of CEO in 2015.

Simon's most recent position was at J Suss Industries Inc., where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and later Executive Project Manager in 2017. Simon continues to work in this role, showcasing their strong project management expertise.

Simon Lacroix's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Collège Militaire Royal de Saint-Jean. Simon studied engineering at this institution for three years, from 1992 to 1995. After completing their studies at Collège Militaire Royal de Saint-Jean, Simon Lacroix enrolled at CÉGEP de Victoriaville in 1995. Simon pursued a degree in administration and successfully completed the program in 1997, earning a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Simon Lacroix has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they became a Qualified Presenter through the AWI Speaker's Bureau. In 2008, they obtained the NEXUS certification from the Departement of Homeland Security. In 2019, Simon Lacroix received the OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety, and in 2020, they became a Fieldwire Expert certified by Fieldwire.
