Paul Munro is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering across various sectors including coastal, fluvial, waste, water, ports, harbours, energy, and infrastructure. Currently serving as a project manager and site agent at Mackley since October 2015, Paul has previously held project management roles at R G Carter, where responsibilities included procurement, health and safety, and client engagement. Prior to that, Paul progressed through various engineering positions, starting as an assistant engineer at Edmund Nuttall Ltd, and gaining expertise in project management and site supervision throughout tenures at Jackson Civil Engineering and other notable companies. Paul holds an NVQ 4 in Construction Site Management from Mid Kent College and possesses GCSEs from Hartsdown High School.
