Heidi Burgess, PhD, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at both Jones Technical Institute and Colorado Technical University, focusing on business potential and graduate-level Psychology courses for diverse adult learners. As an Organizational Psychologist at HB Development, Heidi helps individuals and organizations maximize their capabilities. Previously, Heidi had a 16-year tenure at The Adecco Group, where role progression from HR Coordinator to Senior Learning Manager involved overseeing learning and development initiatives across the Americas. Earlier experiences include event management at The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum and program development for Family Central. Heidi holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and the University of South Florida.
