Carol Collins

Carol Collins is an experienced professional in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently, Carol serves as a Human Resource Administrator and previously held the position of Customer Service Representative at JW Filshill since January 2023, following the acquisition of Iain Hill Ltd. From April 2013 to January 2023, Carol worked in sales at Iain Hill Ltd. Prior to that, Carol held various managerial roles, including Central Booking Office Manager, Central Reservations Manager, and Front of House Manager at Cosmopolitan Hotels from February 1998 to December 2011. Carol's career began at Stakis Hotels, where managerial experience was gained from 1992 to 1998. Carol completed education at Reid Kerr College from 1987 to 1989 and attended St Cuthberts High School in Johnstone from 1981 to 1987.
