Melissa Fisher has a diverse background in business analysis and operations management, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Manager for the Center of Excellence at J.W. Pepper since May 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at CVS Health, advancing from Sales Associate to Shift Manager, and worked as an Operations Manager. Melissa’s experience also includes a brief role as a Customer Service Representative at J.W. Pepper. Additionally, Melissa contributed to Vivace Productions Inc as a Clinic Leader Intern, supporting operational needs for educational programs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Elective Studies with a business focus from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
