Randall Wickman serves as the Chief Operating Officer at J3P Health since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer at Rafael Systems Global Sustainment, LLC, where responsibilities included establishing and developing a new firm to assist a $3B global defense company. Wickman's extensive background in the United States Department of Defense includes serving as the U.S. Army Lead for the Secretary of Defense's Task Force for Close Combat Lethality, overseeing the allocation of $800M in resources. Prior military roles include Chief of Staff for the Army Cyberspace Operations Directorate and the Army Training Directorate, as well as command positions that involved significant leadership and diplomatic responsibilities in complex operational environments. Wickman holds an Executive Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, alongside degrees in Diplomacy & Military Science from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from Ripon College.
