Norman Schumann

Norman Schumann has extensive experience in management and operational roles, currently serving as Geschäftsführer and Standortleiter at ja-dialog since February 2018. Prior to this, Norman held the position of Manager Operations at Concentrix from October 2013 to February 2018. Norman’s career began at TELUS International Europe, where various roles included Projektmanager, Qualitätsmanager, Teammanager, and Kundenberater from September 2009 to September 2013. Academically, Norman holds a Staatsexamen in Pädagogik, Politikwissenschaft, Geschichte, and Soziologie from Leipzig University, completed in July 2008, and attended the University of Bayreuth from October 2002 to March 2004.
