Nilam Farook is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in banquet and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Senior Complex Banquet Manager at Hilton since June 2021, Nilam also holds the position of Banquet Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide since August 2019. Previous roles include Roomservice & Minibar Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels and Restaurant Manager at Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort, both since May 2012.
