Srikant Panda is a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leading kitchen operations across prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Senior Chef de Partie at JA Resorts & Hotels since June 2019, Srikant is a certified Person in Charge and plays a crucial role in team development, food presentation, and inventory management. Prior to this, Srikant held the position of Junior Sous Chef at Jumeirah Group and Senior Chef Partie at JW Marriott, where responsibilities included kitchen management, guest relations, and menu creation. Srikant began culinary training as a Chef De Partie and Commis Chef at The Leela Kempinski and Taj Lands End. Srikant holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of Mumbai and a qualification in Hotel Management from B.U.E.H.S.
