Lea Love currently serves as a Major Gift Officer at JAARS, Inc., since May 2024. Previously, Lea held multiple roles at Charlotte Rescue Mission, culminating as the Manager of Development Operations, where supervision of a team and management of a portfolio of 125 major donors were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes roles at Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas, including Capstone Program Manager, where Lea successfully managed educational programs generating significant revenue and participation. Lea's background also includes facilitating simulations as an Instructional Specialist and a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Auburn University.
