Mary Beth Johnson has extensive experience in writing and editing, currently serving as a Writer/Editor at JAARS, Inc. since November 2005, where responsibilities include managing online content and social media, as well as writing and editing communications for constituents. Prior to this role, Mary Beth worked as a Technical Writer at Hand Held Products, focusing on documentation for hand-held scanners, and at TrustMark, creating software manuals. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Internal Communications Coordinator at Trident Health System, where Mary Beth produced newsletters for a workforce of 2,000 employees and managed internal communication campaigns and employee events. Mary Beth holds a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1979 and 1983.
