Phil McBride is a Vice President at JAARS, Inc. since August 1989, as well as a Volunteer Coordinator/trainer and Senior VP Administration. Phil also served as the International Director for Construction and Maintenance (CAM) at JAARS. Currently, Phil works at SIL International as a Construction & Maintenance Domain Coordinator. With a background as a licensed Professional Engineer, Phil has extensive experience in structural engineering and has worked at various organizations such as JAARS Inc, SIL, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Phil holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSCE from Clemson University.
