Gordon von Bretten

Mr Von Bretten brings close to 30 years of experience in creating value and enhancing performance, most recently as Chief Transformation Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Coty, where he led the end-to-end transformation. During his tenure, Coty executed over $700M in net cost reductions, reduced operating leverage by 4x and returned the company to growth, with a CAGR of 12%. Previously, Mr Von Bretten served in a variety of leadership roles, including five years as an operating partner at KKR Capstone, where he was responsible for large-scale carve-outs and performance improvement programs across the European portfolio. Prior to this, Mr Von Bretten spent 4 years as CPO at Klöckner Pentaplast, as well as over 15 years in management consulting with AlixPartners and Kearney.
