Osama El-Melegy

Osama El-Melegy is an experienced Cost Control Manager currently employed at Jabal Omar Development Co. since December 2016, overseeing the financial aspects of the Jabal Omar Development Project, a large mixed-use initiative featuring 38 towers and multiple hotel operators. Additionally, Osama serves as a Project Management Consultant at Hill International, Inc., contributing to the same project with a focus on stakeholder engagement and design reviewing. Previous roles include Sr. Cost Control Engineer at Saudi Binladin Group and participation in Orascom Construction Ltd's development program for civil engineers, as well as project engineering work at Dar Al Handasah. Osama holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University and has earned certifications in cost management.
