Chiu Wei (Barry) Hsiao is an effective leader with a strong blend of technical skills and refined soft skills, specializing in the electronics manufacturing sector. They have extensive experience in product ideation, new product introduction, and mass production, having held several leadership positions at companies such as Jabil, Optopax, and Matterport. Currently serving as a Design Engineering Manager at Jabil, they focus on team establishment and project delivery, leveraging their expertise in design for manufacturing and process development. Hsiao earned a Master of Engineering in Thermal and Fluid Dynamics from National Tsing Hua University.
