Danielle Underkoffler

Danielle Underkoffler is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - Global Litigation at Jabil since December 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Ashley Furniture Industries from March 2020 to December 2024 as Senior Counsel, where responsibilities included managing North American litigation and licensing, along with overseeing global regulatory compliance. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, and Staff Attorney at the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida Court Administration. Danielle's legal career began as a Litigation Associate at The Palmer Law Firm, P.A., following a position as a Litigation Associate at Fisher, Butts, Sechrest, Warner & Palmer, PA. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Temple University.
