Jennifer Patterson, MBA, SPHR, has extensive experience in learning and talent development, having worked at Jabil since March 2011 in various leadership roles including Director of Learning and Development, Senior Manager of Talent Management, and Manager of Global Talent Development and Learning. Prior to Jabil, Jennifer held a recruitment position at Manhattan Hairstyling Academy from August 2008 to March 2011. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from the University of South Florida.
