Juan Villa

Juan Villa is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Advanced Quality Planning Manager at Jabil since April 2020, Juan also holds the title of SCPM/SDE at JABIL A&T. Previously, Juan worked at TRW as the IRS/SWS Supplier Quality Manager for Chihuahua, Mexico operations, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers and technicians, as well as overseeing supplier quality performance for over 250 suppliers. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Corporate Supplier Development Engineer and as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Delphi, focusing on ensuring suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Juan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Delicias, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
