Katalin Szabó is an experienced Digital Transformation Leader, currently serving as an Agile Coach at Jabil, where they support over 20 development teams in adopting Agile practices globally. With more than 15 years of experience, Katalin has held roles in various organizations, including Business Analyst at GDF SUEZ and Manager of Strategy & Integration at AGCO Corporation, where they participated in global strategy and transformation initiatives. Katalin earned a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Miskolc and completed an ERASMUS scholarship at the University of Economics in Varna. Currently, Katalin is on maternity leave until 2025.
