Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, education, and leadership. Currently serving as the Plant Lean Manager at Jabil since May 2020, Sean specializes in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, industrial engineering, and training and development. Prior experience includes roles at ONICON Incorporated, including Operations Manager, where Sean led quality and efficiency improvements, and various engineering positions focusing on troubleshooting and customer service. Sean also demonstrated strong teaching capabilities as a highly effective teacher at Seminole County Public Schools, instructing Physics and Leadership courses. Additional experiences include leadership in outdoor education programs and internships at notable organizations such as Northrop Grumman and Columbia University. Sean holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
