Shawn Usher

Shawn Usher is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently, as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Jabil since February 2015, Shawn oversees critical supply chain functions. Previously, roles included Senior Director of Supply Chain and Demand Management at Mohawk Industries, where leadership of a 12-member team supported inventory planning for over 17,000 products, and Global Materials Manager at Microsoft, focusing on materials management for major hardware launches. Other notable positions include Senior Director of Strategy and Management Systems at Flextronics, and extensive experience at Solectron, where contributions significantly impacted operations planning and inventory control. Shawn holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
