Veronica Lai

Veronica Lai is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Jabil since July 2023, providing legal support across South Asia manufacturing sites. Prior to this role, Veronica was Senior Legal Counsel at Western Digital, where responsibilities included reviewing and negotiating agreements for manufacturing sites in Malaysia and the Philippines. As Legal Counsel at SanDisk, Veronica was instrumental in establishing legal operational processes in Malaysia, handling various legal matters, and negotiating agreements for manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes a position as Contracts Manager at Dell, overseeing contract management across multiple categories, and roles as a Compliance Officer at HwangDBS Investment Bank Berhad and Legal Assistant at Adnan Sundra & Low. Veronica holds an LLB Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Honours) from the University of Malaya, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
