Francisco Guerrero

Francisco Guerrero has extensive experience in leadership and strategic management across various roles in the consumer goods sector, most notably as General Manager for Jabonería Wilson S.A. since February 2019, where a significant turnaround plan focusing on growth, efficiency, and people development was implemented. Guerrero has also served on the board of Favorita Food Company and held multiple leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company from 1999 to 2018, including franchise operations director for both Colombia and Venezuela, where transformative strategies were crafted amidst challenging market conditions. An early career at Grupo Moderna Ecuador as Marketing and Sales Manager further solidified Guerrero's expertise in market strategy and business growth. Guerrero holds an MBA from St. Edward's University and a BA in Finance & Business Administration from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
