Ysaac Akinin has been working in the food and beverage industry since 1989. Ysaac started their career at Akicorp as a Technical Consultant for Food & Plant Based Technology and Development, and later held the role of Food, Project and Business Design. In 2004, they moved to ProSoya as Director of Latin American Business Development, where they were responsible for new market developments and relationships with organizations and governments involved in promoting food, health and technological cooperation. Ysaac also worked on the implementation and evaluation of soy milk plants from small to large scale. In 2020, they joined JABU (YC S21) as a Food and Beverage Specialist & International Strategic Business Development.
Ysaac Akinin graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1978 with a degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Agroindustrial & Food engineering. Ysaac began their studies at the university in 1973.
