Lori Zappa

Lori Zappa is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing personnel and operational functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at JAC Products since September 2019, Lori oversees 93 employees, handles safety and health matters, maintains HRIS records, and leads recruitment and onboarding efforts. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager at Amerisource Industrial Supply and Human Resource/Office Operations at Potestivo & Associates, where Lori directed training and labor relations activities and administered HR policies. Lori's career began in customer service roles at Fifth Third Bank and Washington Mutual Bank, where skills in client relations and transaction management were developed. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Michigan University, complemented by earlier studies at Ferris State University.
