Rachael Alldian

Rachael Alldian is a seasoned professional in global program management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Programs and Product at Jacaranda Health since August 2023. Previously, Rachael was a Fellow at The Women's Impact Alliance from October 2023 to October 2024 and spent six years at Viamo, where Rachael held multiple senior roles, including Country Director for Uganda and program lead for Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand. Rachael has extensive experience in managing multimillion-dollar projects, developing mobile engagement strategies, and building strategic partnerships with prominent organizations such as USAID. Prior to Viamo, Rachael coordinated programs for the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law and EdVestors, showcasing a commitment to civic space initiatives and educational reform. Rachael's academic background includes a BA in International Relations and Anthropology from Tufts University and studies at Zhejiang University.
