Martin Deale

Martin Deale has a long and varied career in business. Martin started in 2004 as Co-Founder and President of Jacaranda Living, a wholesale company specializing in gift items made by talented people living in difficult circumstances in South Africa and other countries. In 2009, they became the CEO of Clean Deale Waste Disposal Solutions, a specialized service reducing the cost of solid waste disposal for companies. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Consultant for Triumph Modular, designing and developing the solar powered powerPAD. Martin was also Chief Revenue Officer of RailPod Inc. from 2014 to 2017. From 2004 to 2012, they were Chapter Chairman of the New England Chapter and Board Director of the North Eastern US Region of the Young Presidents' Organization. From 2005 to 2011, they were VP Sales, Marketing, and Business Development of Woodmeister Master Builders. Martin was Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Supercart Holdings from 1994 to 2000. Finally, they were a Non-Executive Director of Epic Kayaks & Paddles from 2000 to 2004.

Martin Deale's education history includes attending Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in 1983, where they obtained a PMD in Business Management, Marketing, Finance & Business Strategy. Martin also completed a 12 month compulsory military training with the South African Defense Force in 1971, earning Provincial HQ Drill Instructor, Physical Education Instructor, and Provincial Paymaster certifications with the Admin Services Corps and Military Fieldcraft. Prior to that, they attended Westville Boys High School from 1966 to 1970.
