Maca Baigorria is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in design, education, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder of Jack since April 2025, Maca brings leadership and innovation to the venture. Previously, Maca founded Avocademy, serving as a mentor from April 2020 to August 2025. Maca's extensive experience includes roles such as Associate Creative Director and Senior User Experience Designer at PwC from June 2018 to February 2021, and Design Consultant at IBM from June 2017 to June 2018, where Maca led Design Thinking workshops. Maca also served as an Instructor for the Duke University Talent Identification Program, teaching and supervising courses from June 2016 to December 2018. Early career experiences include internships and engineering roles, complemented by a solid educational foundation comprising a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
