Advaita Naidoo

Advaita Naidoo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and research roles. Currently serving as Managing Director for Jack Hammer in Africa since October 2013, Advaita plays a pivotal role in identifying and securing top talent. As a founding member and COO of Africa Partner Network, established in 2024, Advaita contributes to a collaborative effort in enhancing client solutions beyond executive search. Additional experience includes serving as a board member for the School of Hard Knocks South Africa, freelance research engagements, and previous positions such as Knowledge Manager at The MBS Group and Research Assistant at the Human Sciences Research Council. Advaita holds an MA in Psychology, a BSocSci in Psychology, and a BA in Law and Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
