Debbie Goodman

Debbie Goodman is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in leadership and coaching, serving as the CEO of Jack Hammer Global since its inception in 2001, a leading executive search and leadership coaching firm in Africa. In January 2025, Debbie became a Founding Partner of Africa Partner Network, a prominent workplace and talent solutions network in Africa. Since August 2017, Debbie has also co-founded and serves as CEO of Virtual Coaching Partners, an online platform connecting leaders with impactful coaches. Additionally, Debbie hosts the podcast "On Work and Revolution," aiming to foster innovative workplace environments. With a background that includes advisory roles for organizations such as Rebel Girls and CoinFund, and earlier roles in dance and financial services, Debbie's diverse expertise is complemented by education from institutions like Stanford and the University of South Africa.
