Fazilat Nassiri

Fazilat Nassiri is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Gold Talent since June 2022, where the focus is on helping early-stage EdTech and learning companies secure top talent. In addition to this role, Fazilat partners with Jack Hammer to lead the US-based EdTech Sales and Marketing practice. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions such as Director of President Recruiting at Teamshares, Director of Recruiting at Guild Education, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Entangled Talent. Early career roles include operations management at TINE and Shopsync, along with production roles in television, including Assistant Producer at Marjan Television Network Ltd. and Researcher at Unique TV. Fazilat holds a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Tehran.
