Ahmad Elkalza

Ahmad Elkalza's work experience began in 2004 with Bio Pharma Services, where they served as the Manager of Purchasing and Planning. During their time there, they successfully recruited over 100 physicians partners, 15 nurses, and 8500 subjects. Ahmad also managed various corporate communication tactics and spearheaded a procurement expenditure of $1.1M for a facility conversion project.

In 2008, Ahmad worked as a Marketing Associate Intern at Deutsche Bank for a brief period.

From 2009 to 2010, Ahmad served as an Acquisition Marketing Manager at Bell Canada.

In 2011, Ahmad joined TELUS as a Marketing Manager, specializing in CRM, upsell, and cross-selling. Ahmad later transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager, focusing on strategic pricing projects and agile product development. Ahmad also led large cross-functional teams and played a key role in developing first-to-market consumer initiatives and programs.

In 2016, Ahmad joined Pilly as their General Manager, where they remained until 2019.

In 2019, Ahmad took on two concurrent roles as the Co-Founder and CEO of Jack Health and the Chief Executive Officer of Cover Health. No end dates are provided for these positions.

Ahmad Elkalza completed their education with an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Schulich School of Business at York University. This degree was obtained between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Economy from the University of Toronto, from 2001 to 2005.
