Christopher Whitaker

Christopher Whitaker has extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and technical management, currently serving as Infrastructure Architecture Manager at Jack Henry since October 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team of 10 in deploying hardware and software for Credit Union clients. Previously, Christopher held roles as Programming Analyst Manager and Technical Support Manager at the same company, managing teams of up to 20 and providing critical 24/7 client support. Prior to Jack Henry, Christopher worked as Technical Manager at BigHand, achieving a 98% customer satisfaction score while managing customer support and serving as a technical lead for implementations. Earlier experience includes various systems administration roles at CQG, Inc., Christian Brothers Investment Services, and AAPM&R. Christopher holds both a Master of Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
