Cody Blake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and client services within the financial technology sector. At Jack Henry since April 2015, Cody serves as the Manager of Credit Union Core Implementations, leading a team of Business Consultants to facilitate successful software conversions for credit unions. Prior roles at Jack Henry include Supervisor of Project Analysis, where Cody led a remote team to translate client requirements into business specifications, and Senior Vendor Relations Specialist, managing communications with third-party vendors. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead for Client Services at LegacyTexas, where Cody resolved complex customer escalations, and as Assistant Manager of Customer Service at Tom Thumb Supermarket, overseeing a customer service team and managing vendor-related aspects.
