Jon Weddle, LSSBB, PMP®, serves as the Senior Managing Director of the Financial Performance Suite at Jack Henry & Associates, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, product management, and consulting with a focus on efficiency and profitability. With a history in Continuous Improvement and Business Strategy as a Senior Manager, Weddle has successfully collaborated with senior leaders to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization. Previous roles at Jack Henry & Associates include senior management positions in project offices and a track record of boosting project capacity. In addition to Jack Henry & Associates, Weddle co-founded Banter Brewing Company, engaging in operations management and community focus. Weddle holds an M.B.A. from Webster University and a BS in History/Secondary Education from Evangel University.
