Michael Carnovali

Michael Carnovali, GRCP, has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Jack Henry since July 2023. Previously, they were the Senior Director and Head of Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance at Jack Henry from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to this, they held various senior positions at Wells Fargo, including Senior Vice President, Head of International Risk Governance and Transformation from June 2016 to October 2021, CAO of the Risk and Compliance Program Office in February 2016, and Head of International Human Resources Risk Oversight in Corporate Risk from April 2014 to January 2016. Before joining Wells Fargo, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager and Governance, Risk and Compliance Leader from May 2000 to April 2014. Michael began their career at PwC as a Business Analyst, where they worked from 1996 to 2000.

Michael Carnovali, GRCP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University, studying from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they obtained the GRCP (Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional) certification from OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group).
