Nicole Pankow

Nicole Pankow, MBA, has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Technical Support at Jack Henry & Associates since October 2021. Previously, Nicole held various leadership roles at Neighborhood Credit Union, including AVP of Procedures & Technology Development and Senior Branch Manager, where responsibilities included driving sales culture, employee training, and product implementation. Nicole's career began at EarthMover Credit Union, advancing through roles from Member Service Representative to Branch Manager, alongside experience in marketing and loan analysis. Nicole also served in the US Army as an Early Warning Radar Operator during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Nicole holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
