Shawn Ward

Shawn Ward is a seasoned executive in the fintech industry with extensive experience in technology modernization and product development. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Jack Henry since July 2019, Shawn advocates for an API-first and cloud-native approach. As Co-Founder of Quik Charge, established in October 2023, Shawn focuses on electric vehicle charging solutions. Prior roles include Independent Board Member at Digital Onboarding, Inc. and Co-founder/CEO of Geezeo, where Shawn successfully led the company to an exit following a $12M acquisition by Jack Henry. Earlier in the career, Shawn held significant positions at GainsKeeper and Fidelity Investments, contributing to revenue growth and product innovation. Shawn pursued education at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and Northeastern University, earning a BS in Finance & Management.
