Stephanie Allen

Stephanie Allen has over two decades of experience in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Support for Projects and Technology at Jack Henry since October 2017. In this role, Stephanie oversees both the Project Management and Business Analytics teams, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance technology resources. Prior roles at Jack Henry include Product Support Manager and Fraud Prevention Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leadership and operational support within the Consolidated Contact Center. Prior to joining Jack Henry, Stephanie worked at Guaranty Bank for 13 years managing compliance and security related to fraud, as well as functioning as an Assistant Banking Center Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at Bank Midwest and Best Buy, where customer service and banking operations were primary focuses. Stephanie holds a High School Diploma from Glendale High School and has additional education from Missouri State University.
