Daniel P. Lopez

Daniel P. Lopez is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Senior Project Manager in Operations Services at Jack in the Box since April 2019. Previously, Daniel held the position of Area Manager at Burger Lounge, overseeing four restaurants in the South San Diego Market, and served as District Manager at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., leading 13 locations in the North County trade area. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager/Certified Training Manager at Rubio's and Restaurant Manager at Old Town Mexican Cafe, where Daniel expertly managed large teams to ensure high-quality service.
