Lucy Wilcox

Lucy Wilcox has over two decades of experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as Manager of Operation Services, Sr. Project Manager, and District Manager at Jack in the Box since October 2014, Lucy has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Prior to this role, Lucy was a District Manager and Certified Training Manager at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. from August 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included certifying managerial staff and driving profitability while maintaining high guest satisfaction. Lucy also contributed to the Rubio's Leadership Advisory Council, focusing on system improvements and operational efficiency.
