Drema McCoy is the Director of Human Resources and Operations at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. She has more than 15 years of human resources and business management experience in both private and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. McCoy was the Director of Human Resources for the Congressional School, a non-profit, independent school in Falls Church, Virginia. Ms. McCoy holds a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University, and a Master of Arts in Professional Writing and Editing, from George Mason University where she also earned her bachelor’s degree of Arts in Communications and English. She holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and she currently serves on the Northern Virginia SHRM Chapter Board of Directors.
