Antonine Kandelaars is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in supply chain management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager EMEA at Jack Link's EMEA since February 2015, Antonine oversees procurement activities for the region following the acquisition of the BiFi and Peperami brands. Prior to this role, Antonine was Purchasing Manager at Lutèce B.V. from January 2006 to January 2015, where significant improvements were made to the purchasing department's structure and efficiency. Antonine also gained valuable experience as a Supervisor/Senior Buyer at Philip Morris International from March 2001 to December 2005, and held various purchasing positions at Xerox from February 1995 to March 2001. Antonine's educational background includes certificates from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hogeschool Eindhoven.

As per the end of 2014, the brand new EMEA headoffice in Amsterdam was operational as well. The EMEA team currently consist of about 500 employees. About 430 employees work in the Ansbach factory where BiFi and Peperami are produced. The others are working in Amsterdam and in the Sales teams in the markets.
