Charlie van Dyke

Charlie Van Dyke is an experienced professional in human resources and talent operations, currently serving as a Senior HR Associate at Jack Morton Worldwide since April 2021, after progressing through roles including Talent Operations Associate and Talent Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Charlie worked as an Account Manager at Paylocity, providing strategic consultations to high-level executives on payroll and HR practices. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Internship at UGN, Inc., where training modules were redesigned, and various roles at Krannert Art Museum, ProCamps®, and DICK'S Sporting Goods. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
