Marco Icardo

Marco Icardo is a seasoned financial and operational executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Nadel since November 2020, and also holds a board member position. Previously, Icardo was the Chief Operating Officer at phenomenon from October 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading a significant private equity investment and managing strategic acquisitions. Earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at phenomenon, along with a CPA position at NKSFB, where Icardo provided financial assurance to media and entertainment clients. A foundational experience was gained at Merrill Lynch as a Summer Analyst, focusing on financial modeling and due diligence.
