Joseph Toth

Joseph Toth has a diverse work experience starting from their role as the District Baking Manager at Einstein Bros Bagels from July 2016 to September 2020. In this position, they ensured the training and auditing of bakers' skills and led the standardized roll-out of new seasonal products.

Joseph then moved on to Altius Test Prep, LLC, where they held multiple roles. Joseph started as the Student Progress Specialist and Elite Program Manager in September 2020 and was responsible for managing the entire Elite Program, overseeing over 1,000 students annually. Joseph also trained employees and ensured exceptional experiences through program activities and classes.

Within Altius Test Prep, Joseph was promoted to the role of Mentor & Student Success Manager in July 2021. In this position, they managed over 150 employees and focused on both employee and student success. Joseph implemented interventions, policies, and practices, tracked student progress, and conducted statistical analyses. Joseph also worked on expanding mentor and student enrollment at both local and national levels.

Currently, Joseph Toth is the Director of Operations at Jack Westin, starting from March 2022. In this role, they oversee the Customer Support and Human Resources departments, works closely with department heads across the organization, and focuses on optimizing processes and reducing expenses. One of their key initiatives is automating tracking systems for various departmental KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.

Joseph Toth attended the University of North Texas from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
