Matthew Daniel

Matthew Daniel has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Matthew started their career as a Claims Management Assistant and later became an FMLA Specialist at Sedgwick, where they processed and analyzed a high capacity of FMLA related claims and received accolades for their customer service. After that, they worked as an Account Specialist at Mesirow Financial and as a Pension Cash Out Representative at Mercer, aiding participants in making cash out elections for their pensions. Matthew then moved on to Sinai Health System, where they served as a Leave and Disability Coordinator, handling FMLA and non-FMLA leaves of absence for employees. Matthew also worked as a Collateral Officer at Guaranteed Rate and as a Petition Official at the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. Most recently, they have been an Technical Support Specialist at CityBase, Inc and currently works as an Office Manager/IT Associate at Jackbox Games.
