Heath Bloom

Heath Bloom has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. In 1999, they joined TGI Fridays as a General Manager, where they were responsible for managing and operating a $5.0 million restaurant. Heath focused on developing and growing the team, sales, and profits. At TGI Fridays, they also managed all day-to-day restaurant operations, supervised managers and team members, and monitored profit and loss revenue centers. In 2018, Heath began working at Jackmont Hospitality Inc, starting as a Senior Director of Operations and eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations.

Heath Bloom received a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
