A. Morgan Kelly has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Research Assistant at Proffitt Perception Laboratory, where they conducted studies on human perception and its impact on interaction with the environment. They then worked as an Equestrian Instructor at Verrill Farm, teaching horse riding techniques and managing camp activities. A. Morgan Kelly further gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Pion Inc.

Afterward, A. Morgan Kelly joined Clinical Care Options as a Program Assistant and later as a Program Coordinator, overseeing editorial operations. They were also a Relationship Manager at Clinical Care Options, responsible for account management and product utilization for medical fellowship programs.

Subsequently, A. Morgan Kelly worked at Opower as an Analyst in Learning & Development, where they improved the global onboarding process and implemented training initiatives to enhance employee engagement and business outcomes. They then joined Oracle as an Operations Project Manager.

Following their tenure at Oracle, A. Morgan Kelly joined Walmart Labs as a Product Manager, serving as an MBA intern. They then moved to StubHub, where they held roles as a Product Manager in Incubation and Growth, as well as a Senior Product Manager in the Beyond the Ticket division.

A. Morgan Kelly earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 2017 and 2019. Before their MBA, from 2008 to 2012, Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in Cognitive Science and Psychology. Additionally, in December 2016, Kelly obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
